• We provided process measurement solutions for processes marked as „not measurable“
• We reduced the DWH’s operational costs by 68,2%.
• We provided a solution for analysis and control of telesales processes by loading telesales data into DW.
• Integration of Siebel CRM data into DWH. Thanks to our innovations Field Force data is trustable for market analysis. (Because of the legal constraint of marketing activity for tobacco goods Field Force is the only source of information for BAT’s Marketing Team)
• We provided a predictive analysis and monitoring system of all POS-s. The reliability of planning and forecast data was increased by 30%. Average stock keeping costs were reduced by 8%.
• We developed an integrated solution for optimizing stock movements between BAT warehouses. Thanks to this application BAT was able to reduce distribution stock level by 10%.
• The operational availability of DWH serving the BI-system was raised from 84% up to 98%.
• Because of our results at BAT Hungary we became the support supplier for the Austrian DWH as well.
